Race you to the DOG PARK!

McAllister Park
13102 Jones-Maltsberger SA,TX 78247
Park hours 5AM-11PM

Your pup will love to play off-leash at this fun, fenced-in 1.5 acre dog park with fire hydrants, doggie water fountains, and exercise equipment. Park also has Mutt Mitt stations so make sure you USE THEM and pick up after your pet. If it gets too hot, take advantage of the awning that provides much needed shade during those scorching San Antonio summers. Please make sure to keep your belongings in car trunk, there have been break-ins while unsuspecting people are enjoying playtime with their dogs.

Your pup will look adorable jumping over the bone shaped obstacle courses. With 1.5 acres of space, Fido can run free off leash until nightfall. Keep in mind that you'll find the heaviest traffic on weekends. Bring the sunscreen; there is no shade provided.

Madison Square Dog Park

Park Hours: 5AM-11PM

Madison Square Dog Park is downtown's first off-leash dog park. The park has just over 1/2 an acre of  free space and  features a fenced off-leash area, mutt-mitts, a doggie drinking fountain, and benches. Smack in the middle you'll find a brightly colored red fire hydrant, that many hounds have left their mark on :) Although there is no agility equipment available, there are PLENTY of squirrels to chase!

I hope this helps you decide on which dog park is best for you and your buddy or...you can just take him/her to all three ;) ENJOY! and please feel free to give me feedback!
